Godwish Welfare Foundation was founded in 2021 by Mr. Jitendra Sharma and later in 2022 working as registered Non-Governmental Organization when a group of friends came together with the intention of giving back to the society. Over from last 3+ years Godwish Welfare Foundation has involved as a sustainable social organization committed to do real work towards society on the ground.
Godwish Welfare Foundation is to empower underprivileged children, youth and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare and market focused livelihood programmes. Godwish Welfare Foundation is to deploy best possible methodology and technology for achieving ideal SROI (Social Return on Investment), to practice and promote good governance. To link business competitiveness of the corporate with social development initiatives; also to sensitize privileged children, youth and citizens in general to promote Civic Driven Change.
We believe that education is both the means as well as the end to a better life; the means because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increase one’s awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one’s rights – and in the process help him/her evolve as a better citizen. Education is the most effective tool which helps children build a strong foundation; enabling them to free themselves from the vicious cycle of ignorance, poverty and disease.
Credibility and accountability have always been the bench mark for Godwish Welfare Foundation and are achieved through the promotion of principles of good governance in the processes and practice. We have a four tier audit and evaluation mechanism to ensure impact of investment and complete transparency and accountability in utilization of funds.
Established in 2022, Godwish Welfare Foundation is an Indian development organization, impacting the lives of over 1 lakh children and their families, more than 10 thousand Animals and Environment every year. We have 50+ Projects on education, healthcare, livelihood, women empowerment, Environmental sustainability and Animal Welfare in Rajasthan State.
Godwish Welfare Foundation work as a catalyst in the cycle of change, complementing and supplementing government efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. We Sensitize and partner with like – minded institution and individuals to implement high – impact programmes that enable access, enhance quality and help bring long term behavioural change at the grassroots.
